Reading that Clicks™ Promise

We feel that our system is one of the best for getting a child who knows their letter-sounds to read their first words. And we stand behind it...because, with our books, reading clicks.

That's why we make the Reading that Clicks™ promise:

• If your child (3+) knows their letter-sounds (meaning, they can recognize each written letter and they know and can make the sound of each letter), and

• you read the book with them once per day for seven straight days, following the recommendations in the book, and

• your child is still unable to read any of the featured words in the book on their own, then we will assist with processing a return (as set forth below).

We know that every child develops at their own pace and that the EZ-PZ Reading Method™ may not work for every single child, and we don't want to add to your frustrations. That's why we'd love to talk with you to hear what worked and what didn't, and we may even be able to schedule a video reading with your child. How to Redeem:

For purchases directly from our storefront, please contact returns (at) ezpzreader.com so we can initiate the return process.

For purchases through Amazon.com: Amazon provides a 30-day return policy, which provides ample time for the 7-day tryout period, and they do not allow resellers to adjust their policy. Thus, we kindly ask customers to abide by their return policy and return directly to Amazon.

For purchases from other retailers: If the retailer has a return policy of 30 days or more, we kindly ask that you please place your return directly with them. If they do not, please contact us at support (at) ezpzreader.com so we can see how we can best assist you.
